Free Shipping Terms & Conditions
Valken, Inc. runs free shipping offers periodically. Anytime a free shipping offer is displayed on the Valkensports.com web site it includes shipping to the Continental United States ONLY. Hawaii and Alaska are excluded from any free shipping offer.
Hawaii and Alaska orders that are placed on the web site might be offered the free shipping method. This does in no way obligate Valken, Inc. or Valkensports.com from providing this service to areas that are excluded.
Orders that are allowed to be incorrectly placed on the web site due to a computer error will not be approved. A Member of the Customer Care team will attempt to contact the customer to correct the error. If contact can not be made the complete order will be canceled.
We apologize for any inconvenience in advance and are working hard to prevent problems like this from ocurring.
Shipments:
Valken uses UPS to offer the following shipping options:
- Ground Service: 5-7 business days, excluding holidays.
- 3 Business Days: Arrives in three business days when ordered before 12:00 p.m. ET, Monday–Friday, excluding holidays.
- 2 Business Days: Arrives in two business days when ordered before 12:00 p.m. ET, Monday–Friday, excluding holidays.
- Next day air: Arrives next business days when ordered before 12:00 p.m. ET, Monday–Friday, excluding holidays.
Shipping Details:
Shipping Options may change if shipping to an address outside the 48 contiguous states as determined by the carrier. Only the available shipping options should appear during checkout.
Business Days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays determined by carriers.
Remote Area Shipping: Shipping to remote areas of Alaska and Hawaii may take additional time for delivery.
In the rare event that your order fails to arrive, notification of lost items must be received within 60 days from receipt of the shipping confirmation e-mail.
